In this high-energy session, you’ll alternate between kettlebell exercises designed to sculpt and strengthen your muscles and hip-hop dance routines that boost cardio endurance and coordination. What to Expect: Warm-Up: A mix of basic hip-hop movements and dynamic stretches to get your body moving and heart rate up. Kettlebell Strength Work-: A series of functional exercises such as swings, squats, and presses, focusing on building power and muscle endurance. Hip-Hop Dance Choreography: Fun, easy-to-follow routines set to the latest beats, improving your rhythm, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. Cool Down: Stretching and flexibility exercises, incorporating slow-paced hip-hop-inspired movements to help your body recover.
