RIDEVIBEBUILD LLC, Resolve Fitness, and Rising Stars Boxing By participating in any class, event, or service, you agree to the following terms: No Refund Policy I acknowledge a strict No-Refund Policy. If I miss a booked class, cancel or reschedule, I will be charged the full amount of the class or service, regardless of membership or pass. 1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participating in activities like indoor cycling, trampoline fitness, boxing, and kettlebell training involves risk of injury, illness, or accident. I take full responsibility for my participation and health, and I’ve consulted a healthcare provider if necessary. 2. Facility Risks I understand injuries can happen while using stairs or moving throughout the building. I accept risk for slips or falls due to sweat, spills, or other hazards on the premises and release all responsibility from the above entities. 3. Release of Liability I release RIDEVIBEBUILD LLC, Resolve Fitness, Rising Stars Boxing, owners Shavone & Julius Miller, and all staff/instructors from all claims of injury, illness, or loss, including those caused by negligence. 4. No-Show Policy I acknowledge a strict No-Show Policy. If I miss a booked class, I will be charged the full amount of the class or service, regardless of membership or pass. 5. Media Release I understand that classes may be recorded or photographed. By attending, I grant permission to use my image, voice, or likeness for marketing or promotional purposes without compensation. If I don’t wish to appear, I must notify staff before class. 6. Privacy & Terms I agree to receive communications via email, text, or social media. My information will only be used for scheduling, communication, and promotions. It will not be sold or shared externally. 7.
